I reached out to Kerry after meeting and chatting briefly in Flagstaff, Arizona at the Overland Expo. We connected on meditation and personal wellness and I felt like we could dive into some good conversation so while I was in Evergreen enjoying some of the lovely Colorado summer I reached out and we recorded a podcast.
